We recently introduced a bill that favors the retirees in our country, through a system accreditation of the retirement and pension accounts, which generates more personal and legal security, and comfort for the recovery of its assets. The project is intended that such sums of money, which amounts are derived from national pension obligations should be enforced through accreditation in special accounts to be known "boxes pension savings, financial institutions authorized by the BCRA.
Each account holder, will be issued a magnetic card by ANSES, which must be replenished where necessary, also the beneficiary may authorize another person to enter banking transactions authorized by this law. ANSES will bear the cost of creating and maintaining these individual pension savings bank. Likewise, banks may not limit the amount of withdrawals by ATM or charge a maintenance fee for the withdrawal of funds or by electronic transfer accounts.
This accreditation process is a modern payment mechanism which is intended expedite the payment of benefits to those people whose age or physical condition can not remain long in the states bank waiting to be served, and ensure integrates perception, real and timely sharing of benefits, but this causes charge to the beneficiary or the limits on the exercise of their rights.
